Mr. Liu received his professional qualification as a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice) of the United Kingdom in 1980 and a Registered Professional Surveyor of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in 1985. He later became a professional member of the China Institute of Real Estate Appraiser in 2003. With years of professional training and more than 40 years of post-qualified real estate related experience, he has extensive practices in appraisal, market study, financial analysis, corporate real estate services, asset management, project management, and real estate investment consulting.

Mr Liu is the founder of Innowealth Capital Group. Born and educated in Hong Kong, he relocated to Shanghai and Shenzhen in China since 1996 and is now heading the Group on overall businesses in a global context.

As one of the seasoned valuation professionals in Hong Kong, Mr Chan has been involved in the valuation assessment and feasibility analysis for the purposes of project sales, M&A, tax planning, public listing, strategic joint-ventures and shareholding structure design. He also has significant experience in the valuation of intangible assets including trademarks, patents, license agreements, mining rights, franchise and exclusive management contracts, distribution networks, and computer software. Clients served include a variety of industries like power generation, govt and non-profit organization, transportation & logistics, automobile, IT, property development & construction, public infrastructure, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, media and entertainment, petrochemical, satellite, oil and gas and hospitality sectors.

Mr Chan regularly provides M&A and valuation trainings to different associations including The HK Society of Financial Analyst, HK Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Australia, HK Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, HK University and Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.

Born in Hong Kong, Mr Chan obtained a B.BA Degree at the Chaminade University of Honolulu, Hawaii, USA and spent more than 25 years in Hawaii before relocating to Shanghai in 2001. Ricky focused on premium residential real estate investments while in Hawaii and was instrumental in the acquisition of one of the best piece of premium properties in Hawaii on behalf of the family of a well known billionaire in Hong Kong & Macau.

Based in Shanghai, Mr Chan focuses on transactional services and retail consultancy, and real estate development & investment advice for both overseas investors and local PRC enterprises and high net worth individuals.

Mr Chan is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing CIH since 2013.

Born in Hong Kong, Mr Tang otained the BSc in Building at the City Univeristy of Hong Kong in 1992, and MBA in Construction and Real Estate at the University of Reading in UK in 2006. He is also a professional member of the Royal Instituion of Chartered Surveyors in UK.

With over 35 years of professional experience across Asia, Mr Tang has proven track record of commercial and industrial real estates, investment, development, market analysis and asset management in terms of strategy planning, developing and implementing new plan and team, as well as operational management and M&A including deal structure and ventures for strategic investment.

As the Senior Director, Head of Corporate Real Estate and Regional Management Member of a global logistics MNC for over 15 years, Mr Tang manages 370+ real estate portfolio and ESG initiatives of over 1 million sqm and annual ROU of Euro 100M including hubs, gateways, services centers, express centers, warehouses and offices,

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Mr. Cheng has served in the real estate industry for more than 30 years, and is the first generation of senior practitioners in the real estate industry in Mainland China, having participated in a senior management role for a number of listed companies in Hong Kong.

Mr Cheng possesses excellent social skills in business development, and is well familiar in the fields of residential and commercial real estate development, positioning, planning, marketing, investment promotion, operation and management for projects in Mainland China, with rich practical experiences in real estates.

Mr Cheng has been focusing on the Thailand real estate market since 2017, and is now full time based in Thailand in charge of the marketing planning of various real estate projects there for the Group.

Mr. Huang has more than 15 years of real estate experience, having studied in the UK from 2005 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business in 2008 and a Master's degree in Hotel Management at the University of Wolverhampton UK in 2010. After returning to China, he has worked with several large real estate developers such as Tongli, Kaisa and Baoneng, and is responsible for assisting such enterprises in acquiring land and issuing hotel investment and feasibility reports, signing contracts for corporate hotel projects, expanding the market for long-term rental apartments, and operating and marketing to major corporations.

Mr Huang is a permanent resident of Hong Kong. He is a registered member of Hong Kong Estate Agency Authority EAA, and currently the Director of Administration of the Group based in Hong Kong.

Mr. Stephen C B Yuen has over 50 years of solid experience in all sectors of the real estate industry from land development, consultancy to sales/leasing to eventual asset management & private fund investment, covering Greater China & SE Asian countries. Mr Yuen is an eminent fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Housing Manager, a Fellow member of the HK Real Estate Administrators, and Past Chairman of the leading real estate professional associations. He has a Master of Science Degree from The University of Hong Kong. Over the years Mr Yuen has also involved much in the training of real estate executives in various NGOs and Polytechnic University, City University & HK University.

In 2012 he was awarded a Medal of Honour by HK Government for his voluntary training service to the community. In his 50-plus years of working life he has worked for the HK Government (Lands & Housing Departments) and leading HK developers like Sun Hung Kai Properties, New World Development, HK Resort etc.

In 2007 Mr Yuen pioneered the prominent Greater China Real Estate Investment Fund under a joint venture between HSBC & Nan Fung Development as CEO until his retirement in 2022.
